Made-to-order products
All ClassroomTheta products are custom-made to order. Because of this:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues or change of mind

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order
Eligible cases for return or replacement
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect print

Damaged product received
Reporting an issue

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Please share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

Requests raised after 7 days may not be eligible
Resolution
Once the issue is verified, we will:

Arrange a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue
Refund timelines

COD orders: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Lost shipments

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, a full refund will be issued
