Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Made-to-order products

All ClassroomTheta products are custom-made to order. Because of this:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues or change of mind

  • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order

Eligible cases for return or replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect print

  • Damaged product received

Reporting an issue

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

  • Requests raised after 7 days may not be eligible

Resolution

Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue

Refund timelines

  • COD orders: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Lost shipments

  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit, a full refund will be issued
